Most orders ship within 3 business days with the exception of some handmade items, in this case you will be informed via email. If faster shipping is desired please contact us via phone, email, or live chat before placing your order. In our efforts to provide nation wide distribution some orders may ship from multiple locations, in this case you will be provided multiple tracking numbers. Be confident that you can place your order and not worry about meeting your event or party deadline. If you don't show up to the party looking Upscale, we haven't done our job.

Privacy & Security

Upscale Stripper will not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as names, credit card numbers, or addresses to any third parties. We believes in providing a safe and secure online shopping experience for all of our customers by utilizing the most effective and up to date security measures available.

Credit card information for web orders is protected in the following ways:

  • 256-bit encryption to and from the servers and web browser.
  • Credit card numbers are not stored in our database. We keep on file only the last 4 digits to verify the card that was used.
  • Once the information is transmitted to our servers for processing, we use encryption in the back end to transmit the request to our payment processor to verify the credit card and place an authorization for the order total.
  • If the authorization, address verification and risk assessment all clear, the order is accepted and a unique ID is associated with the order for purposes of billing the previous authorization. This ID contains no identifiable link to the credit card number.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make at Upscale Stripper. For this reason we offer a very flexible return policy. Once you receive your order if you are not completely satisfied, give us a call or shoot us an email and we will do whatever it takes to resolve your issue. If you recieve the wrong size or the wrong item, no problem just let us know and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out right away. Please just note that if it is our fault of course we will cover all expenses, there is no exception to this rule. However if you make the wrong choice we will simply ask that you cover shipping cost, because again we do not make profit off the shipping. By law the only exception to the rule is for under garments like panties or bra's these can not be returned as well as swimwear, it is just the law. Also we just ask that all products must include an RA # which you will receive when you contact us and all products be in a condition for resale otherwise we will have to refuse the package. Rest assured that the bottom line is that you will not regret your purchase from our store. NO COSTUME RETURNS AFTER 10/20 for refunds, store credit only. No Christmas costume returns after 12/24. Please also note that if you are returning more than one item you will have the choice of 100% store credit or a refund minus 20% for restocking fee.

Intimate Apparel: If in normal wear the merchandise comes in contact with the genital area. For example, panties and pantyhose are considered intimate apparel. However, panties and pantyhose are not the only items considered intimate apparel.

* No returns after 30 days.

* Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

* No Halloween costume returns after 10-20 for refunds, exchange or store credit only.

* No Christmas costume returns after 12-20 for refunds, exchange or store credit only.

* If returned item is more than 50% of order value, 20% restocking fee.

Our preferred method of ordering is through our secured website because that offers the most security for your valuable information. However if you do not have a credit card please feel free to contact us and we can give you the address to send us a money order or cashiers check. We are happy to take personal checks as well but we must first wait until it clears which can take up to 10 business days so please take that into consideration. If you feel more comfortable placing your order over the phone please contact us with your phone number and one of our experts will contact you to arrange all of the details. We just want you to feel comfortable with your transaction so whatever works for you is fine with us.
